What is your exchange policy for online purchases?
At LEAF CASHMERES, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags. All domestic purchases to be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of delivery and 10 working days for overseas purchases. You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our QC we shall dispatch your replacement order(subject to availability).

At LEAF CASHMERES, we offer a replacement of the product or a credit note,  if you are not satisfied with your shopping.
Contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
